Q: Where are your fruits and vegetables sourced?
A: We get our products from local farmers from all around the country. Fruits and vegetables that are not grown locally, we directly import.

Q: What's the best way to store your products?
A: This varies between products.In general, leafy vegetables should be stored in the refrigerator. Root cropslike potatoes, camote, onions, may be stored at room temperature in a cool and dry place. Fruits should be kept refrigerated.

Q: How fast can you deliver?
A: We have our own fleet that will deliver to your doorstep the next day(except Sundays) as long as you place your order before the daily cutoff of 9:30PM.

Q: How do you deliver our orders?
A: To ensure the freshness of your order, we deliver your orders using our fleet of refrigerated vans.

Q: If I am not satisfied with my orders, what are my options?
A: Due to the nature of our products, it is our policy that once the items have been received and accepted, it is assumed that you have inspected our products and are satisfied. We do allow you to reject on the spot items you are not satisfied with. Therefore, we strongly advice that you or your representative take the time to inspect the delivered items one by one.

Q: Do you accept bulk orders?
A: Yes we do! We accept large orders for businesses, restaurants, and parties.

Q: Do you supply restaurants?
A: Yes. Aside from delivering straight to your doorstep we also supply hotels, restaurants, commissaries and canteens. For more inquiries, you can reach us via email and we'll get in touch with you.
